Trentvale is an excellent school. It is small, friendly and caters to each child's individual educational needs. I never had any worries about my children's education whilst they were pupils, as I had complete faith in the wonderful teachers.

All four of our children really enjoyed and benefited from their time at Trentvale. A combination of the work ethic and the family atmosphere at Trentvale set them all in good stead for the schools that they moved on to and we believe that they received an excellent and well rounded education. Before moving them to Trentvale we had become increasingly frustrated with our local school and it was apparent for us within minutes of visiting Trentvale that the school offers a friendly and constructive approach to learning. Both our son and daughter were really well prepared for secondary school whilst at Trentvale. It was a pleasure to see them both leaving school each day so happy. Trentvale provides a great learning environment, one of Trentvale's other strengths was the schools culture instilling respect and discipline for the children. A concern we had when choosing the school was the "apparent" lack of sport and I.T. facilities, in hindsight this was really not an issue at all. I cannot think of a better school for setting the foundations of any new infants and in such a happy environment.

Having had two children go through Trentvale from 3 to 11, I can honestly say that I have no regrets, in fact just the opposite. If it is plush facilities you are looking for then Trentvale is definitely not for you. If you want your children to know right from wrong, to have respect for each other and you still value the need for a good grounding in the 3 R's then Trentvale could be for you. Private education is not cheap but Trentvale to my mind represents good value for money, especially compared to other private schools. It is something we look back on and are glad to have done and also something that no one can take away from our children.

Tomorrow is the end of a fourteen year span of travelling to Trentvale. The last school run for out second child. We have sent two children from the age of 3 to Trentvale and have never regretted the decision, it was money well spent. Apart from a fantastic grounding in the three 'Rs' they have both enjoyed all aspects of the school. Arts and Craft projects, field trips and of course the trip to The Cranedale Centre in year 5 and 6. The school has taught them discipline, respect for others, all the values we try to pass on to out children. Their early school years has given them a great start for their secondary school. I would not hesitate to recommend Trentvale to others.
